We have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee policy only applies to your first purchase and cannot exceed the value of a 30-day supply of products, prorated on your purchase as applicable.
Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, please do so by logging into your account here https://dailyroutine.co/tools/recurring/get-subscription-access and cancel before your next renewal is billed. We are not able to cancel the order and/or issue a refund once a subscription order is renewed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can review the issue and make it right by you.
Refunds
Once we authorize a satisfaction policy claim, we will automatically refund on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If we accept a return on an exception basis, you must assume the shipping costs to return the product to us, and only once we have received the product we will issue the refund on a case by case basis.
